LADY CHAINSAW

KR: So what are your favourite board games?

LC: Well that’s easy. Favourite board game of all time: Axis and Allies. Other two include Chess, which is a board game, and Risk. And take a wild guess why I like those three?.. Games of War. But I’ve played other board games like Settlers of Catan, Pandemic, Monopoly and it’s sequal Advanced Boardwalk, Sorry, Snakes and Ladders..

KR: And Scrabble?

LC: And Scrabble.

KR: What about Crib?

LC: Yah Crib, oh I got a deck of cards with me. And in my supplies that are following me, I’ve got a crib board. And I'm packing a chess board in that black bag right there. So at least I’m somewhat ready to go and have some down time after we engage the bad guys. Or before.

KR: Do you think that the world is going to get better from the apocalyptic state that we’re in now?

LC: Okay the truth about that. No. That’s the truth. Because you have to remember, this battle this war, okay I’ll focus on Fairy Creek because we're saving the old growth rainforest, we’re doing out part here to protect the trees. But down South Bolsonaro’s cutting down the Amazon rainforests and in other locations up in Haida Gwaii they’re fighting the same battle against the O’Brien’s, not Teal Jones. Same difference, just different name for the bad guys. And in other places around the world they're cutting down all of the trees, logging as quick as they can. So this battle in this instance to save the trees is being fought all over the world simultaneously and the bigger picture is that we’re losing. And as far as the apocalyptic end times, for some reason the powers that be seem intent on cutting down all of the trees. They seem to also be intent on building all of those pipelines. Also wrecking the oceans, the lakes, the rivers, the creeks, all over. In addition to digging up mother earth for mining and extracting other things other than just gold and other things that are buried deep within mother earth. And the list goes on and on. They are destroying the air, water, the land, the animals, the people. Everything: the trees the whales, everything and anything on mother earth all over the world they are intent on destroying.

The pandemic doesn’t help. The murdered and missing Indigenous women and girls doesn’t help. Neither does the children who were killed by the Roman Catholic residential school system and then it’s sequel the foster care system and all of those that are currently on the streets. There’s 80 cities, big metropolitan areas on Turtle Island. The closest one we are to is Vancouver where they’re facing the opiod crisis: fentanyl and carfentanyl, killing countless people. The killed total of the opiod crisis puts the pandemic of the coronavirus to shame. And of course the usual suspects: alcohol, poverty, jails etc. etc. etc. So we are being exterminated. The reason why is because we stand in the way of their plans.
